FILBo 2026 Best-Selling Books Reflect Readers’ Diverse Interests
Bogotá, May 7, 2026. Motivational books, biographies of influential figures, novels, newly published poetry anthologies, and many other genres ranked among the favorite choices of attendees at the 38th Bogotá International Book Fair (FILBo), held from April 21 to May 4, 2026. Organized by Corferias and the Colombian Book Chamber (CCL), this edition featured India as Guest Country of Honor and Boyacá as National Guest Region of Honor.
Over the course of the fair’s 14-day program, visitors explored various pavilions and exhibitor stands to purchase books by celebrated authors such as Mario Mendoza and Isabel Allende, while also seeking out emerging voices, including Fabián Buelvas and Laura Ortiz. This enthusiasm for both established and new authors reflects the richness and diversity of the publishing industry represented at FILBo 2026.
